Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous. Welcome to today's episode of I'm your Host, Genecia Alluora, author of two books, Make It Happen and Personal Branding Secrets, and also founder of Soul Rich Woman. Now, today's topic is about what else the powerful question to attract even more luck and abundance in your business and your life? We all go through stages of feeling bad about ourselves. Do you have those days when you are convinced that everything you do is crap and you are never going to make it anyway? So why bother anyway? So for a couple of months, I have a day when I just want to run away. I just don't want to do my business anymore.

Genecia Alluora: I just want to throw away everything that I've built because I just want to go to anything with little responsibility, play small, with good perks or good benefits like free movies and have discounts in my life. And you know what? As we are moving towards the end of the year, you got to ask yourself this question with one really simple but I would say profound question. Now, the exercise is to make a list of everything you're proud of in this year, over the past year. So start with I'm proud of... Take a pen and paper. Start with, I'm proud of... And all the important question is, What else?

Genecia Alluora: Now you have to keep asking yourself that question until you have 50 success. That means 50 something, 50 amazing stuff, or something that you can talk about it positively and celebrate it. I would say something like wins, having big wins. So you can do this exercise at any time. And of course, as we move towards the end of the year, it's great. But you could do it at the end of a project, at the end of a launch, at the end of a conference, and maybe at the end of your relationship. It's also fun to do it over wine as a celebration. I just want to say that you know, you got to ask yourself, what else? Because the list of, I would say, wins is important, but the question, what else is extremely important.

Genecia Alluora: You'll probably get stuck about five things you're proud of because you don't want to brag. You're Asian. Or even if you're not Asian, you're listening to this episode, you're like, Okay, in my culture, Genecia. It doesn't allow women like myself to brag or talk about my success or celebrate my wins. Even the tiniest, smallest wins. You simply discount your accomplishments or that you have just forgotten. I did this with a client who recently thought that she has a very bad year until we did this exercise. It took us about 45 minutes, but she ended up with 42 things that she was proud of. But it took a lot of digging. And that is why the question is so important. What else?

Genecia Alluora: Keep celebrating. I'm proud of. And what else? I'm proud of. And what else? I'm proud of... And what else? Keep asking and keep asking and don't give up. I would say bragging, celebrating your success, celebrating small wins is good for you. It's emotional health, my dear. It's awesome to remember everything. It's great for manifesting, to acknowledge all your wins, big and small so that you can attract even more luck and abundance into the new year. Work on a mix of business and personal as long as you get 30 to 50 good things. Now, if you do this by yourself, eventually you will run out of steam or you'll just get distracted by your handful notifications and move on to something else.

So as long or as soon you run out of things to think about or things to say, you say, what else? When you think you haven't done anything good, what else? As soon as you think there's something or nothing else to celebrate, what else? If you tell yourself it was a really lousy year, a bad year, what else? When you think that you've written everything, what else? Now, here are just some of mine.
