Miss Singapore Chinese Cosmos 2011. She has such a wonderful, wonderful career as I can see so much, so much crowns. I just want to say you're going to see it later. Yes, so I just I'm now seeing her crowns here, I want one that's that's that's the effect. That's this this woman is having on me. Okay. So she has been a speaker with so many events like Rich Dad Asia, Philippines. So she actually went here. So I did actually see her. I just, I just saw her blue hair just float around. I didn't know her by that time, but you know, but the hair attracted me immediately. You guys know the reason why. Okay. I don't want to talk about that anymore. So Rich Dad, Poor Rich Dad Asia, Myanmar. She's a speaker there. And the latest is the National Achievers Congress. All right. With Jay Abraham, Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki. My God.
[00:03:01]
Richard Faradas: This lady is a super power. I just I just want to say I'm so I'm so attracted with super ladies. You know, my wife, guys, you know, she's a super lady as well. And this lady is a girl power all the way. So everyone who's watching, especially the ladies, you're going to get a lot of insights from this Woman. So, are you guys ready? I'm ready. So if you are sharing this, you have a chance to win a PPE mask by Mr. Mendez. Amazing. I love the mask. I have it so it's really, really good. So without further ado, just I'm just going to show you the bit. So this is her profile, you see. And she is the founder of Soul Rich Woman. And I just saw on her profile that she is actually launching a book. We're going to be talking about that a little bit. All right. It's Make It Happen. I think this is her second book. So we're going to be talking about that. So ladies and gentlemen, without further ado, let's all welcome the beautiful Ms. Genecia Alluora.
[00:04:15]
Richard Faradas: Hey, Genecia, welcome to the show.
[00:04:22]
Genecia Alluora: Hey. How are you?
[00:04:25]
Richard Faradas: I am very good. Welcome, welcome. Just please say hi to the the people watching right now in VIP TV.
[00:04:32]
Genecia Alluora: Wow. Hi. How are you? Hello, I'm Genecia. I'm from Singapore and I see so many people typing and commenting. I want the PPE mask, I want a PPE. One after another.
[00:04:48]
Richard Faradas: I know because of the lockdown we need that PPE.
[00:04:54]
Genecia Alluora: I'm glad you do that. And then Princess Irene says, hello there, a beautiful lady. Hi! Zarina. Is Princess in reverse. Right. Thank you. And Marie Rose as well. Who says hi, beautiful. Hello. Hi.
[00:05:13]
Richard Faradas: You see, guys, I wasn't lying. You can see all the crowns that she has at the back. I am so envious right now. I don't know if it's going to. I don't know if it's going to look good on me, but you know, we could try. So, Genecia, how are you? How is everything today? How are you there in Singapore?
[00:05:33]
Genecia Alluora: Good. In fact, very busy preparing for the Make It Happen campaign.
[00:05:37]
Richard Faradas: I know. Congratulations in the on the launching. Very very nice. Congratulations. Here I have some people who's clapping right now. We have an audience. So that's good. This is your second book, right?
[00:05:55]
Genecia Alluora: Yes, this is my second book. In fact, this campaign is very different because we are helping people to get on a make it happen movement. So it's about, you know, if you go to shor.by/MakeItHappen. This link, you can actually submit your voice of a challenge that you face in your life or business before, and in 3 to 5 minutes you share how you deal with it and your learning that comes with it.
[00:06:30]
Richard Faradas: Wow, that's cool.
[00:06:32]
Genecia Alluora: And we do up entire like a show for you for that short clip that you send in to us, and we're going to market it to help them to promote their stories, their business and whatever that they are talking about within that short snippet itself. Yeah. So we can talk about make it happen movement. So talk about overcoming challenges and being triumphant and really leveraging in the online space to get your voices heard. So that you can get more leads, get more clients, build your brand online.
[00:07:03]
Richard Faradas: Wow. That's actually going to help a lot of startup entrepreneurs, right?
[00:07:09]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah. Entrepreneurs, even your friends or anyone can actually do this and join this make it happen movement. See, of course we target women. Our market is actually women. But actually this whole.
[00:07:23]
Richard Faradas: That is actually a question I'm going to ask you, is it going to be like for just for women or like somebody like me who feels like I'm a woman, you know, I don't know.
[00:07:32]
Genecia Alluora: Feel like a woman, but no, no, it's for everyone, literally people who have overcome a challenge in their life. That's the criteria. And you are willing to share.
[00:07:45]
Richard Faradas: Wow. That's that's actually awesome. Because, I mean, you've been doing this for like, quite some time. And just imagine you have a network of women start you started with zero. Now you have around more than 200,000 members on your organization right now. How did you build that? I'm just curious because, I mean, I know you're a powerful lady, but keeping them, that is one big thing, right?
[00:08:18]
Genecia Alluora: But I think the starting part is not easy. I would say I think. Rich, the first part is always I started from zero. I remember I was running a cafe retail chain in three countries Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia. So I was based in Indonesia. And you know, I'm running a cafe retail chain. I have free time at night. So what did I do? I told myself, and maybe I want to share with people about, you know, my journey and how do you do business online? How do you get leads? Build your brand. So with a webcam in internet, I turn on every single Wednesday night. Like what you're doing now? Every single, every Friday. You know that you're doing this. But for me, it was on a Wednesday and it was called Webinar Wednesday. And every single Wednesday at 9 p.m. sharp, I show up consistently, rain or shine.
[00:09:08]
Genecia Alluora: So by doing so I built up from zero. Nobody attended my webinar. I have crickets, cockroaches and butterflies attending my webinar. Right? Nobody else was there. Nobody else was there at my webinar because that was when I first started. And and it was when I mastered the F word that. Grow something to grow. The F word will be Funnels and Facebook ads. And that was how I built up my membership database. And for your question, how do you keep them with you? I think it's all about giving value and being consistent to show that you are there like your station , right? VIP TV. I think that is a very powerful platform that you have right now because you are giving value. So value is something that people don't really get it. They think by just going on a Facebook Live, they just share and sell something on a live show. That's I mean, that's great, but what is real value is that someone takes away something. If I can give you 1 or 2 aha moments on the show, that is value, that is value.
[00:10:29]
Genecia Alluora: And that is why when I'm now launching my Make It Happen campaign for my book and my podcast show, I'm giving value anyone today who wants to get on to my show 3 to 5 minutes I'm going to promote you. I'm sharing this all across the world. My listeners are from 56 countries worldwide. I'm going to promote you to my database, to my network of 200,000 women across the region. So what is value? So if you really want to help somebody, you know what? Don't sell. Give value first. If they know, like and trust you, they love you, they respect you, then you present them an offer. Even though it's online, you know you're talking to people, you are keeping them with you. And you're like every day, 3 in 1 promotion, buy two, get one free. Today I got discount. Tomorrow I've got a bundle. Every day you're talking about promotions it's scaring people away. So giving value. Rich is just like what you're doing. Really providing that? No like trust score so that they build a relationship with you and then present that offer. And that is why make it happen is something that I feel is very apt for the pandemic right now, because we need people to come together and say, what did I overcome?
[00:12:02]
Genecia Alluora: What is the challenge I faced and I overcame? Is there a space for me to share? I mean, if you want to share just on your Facebook or on your own Instagram, you're only talking to that thousands of friends that you have. And if only 500 friends, 100 friends and maybe some followers. Where else can you get reach? So I'm letting people tap on to our big giant shoulders to leap off. At least have an opportunity. You see, success is not about glorious wins. It's never about that. It's about taking a step back and letting other people shine as well. Because alone you are strong. Together we are unstoppable.
[00:07:49]
Richard Faradas: That's true. Wow. I love it. See? We are just starting, ladies and gentlemen, I know you're getting value. I just want, I just want to echo what you said. You started off with literally crickets and cockroaches watching. Butterflies, butterflies. Yeah. Let's make it butterflies. Take that. So, I mean, a lot of people are scared to just go online. Just go out because, I mean, we this is the new game, whether you like it or not. We are we are going to be. This is going to be like the normal thing that we're going to be doing, going online, promoting, talking to people, reaching out. And I just love what you said because actually I saw the video that you when you started and it was really consistent. I love that video that you came out with the consistency. And I always shared this to people. It's not the intensity, it's the consistency. It's how long you do it. And if you're going to be doing right now, if you plan to do it two years, three years, then you push more years. And I love what you did with with the episodes. Oh my gosh.
[00:13:59]
Richard Faradas: And it's just fun looking at it because, you know, the transformation. Like if you're doing that every Wednesday, you can see the growth in you. That's why I was like when I was watching, I was like, wow, this lady is really oh, she's she's her game is 100% always. So I just love what you said about that. When you start, don't be afraid. Even if nobody's watching yet. Yet. But of course, because of the value that you're giving, people are going to start going to recognize you. And basically, that's what happened with Miss Soul Rich woman right here. So with 200,000 and more and growing. Wow, I see millions.
[00:14:40]
Genecia Alluora: Don't be afraid of the number. You know, we all got to start somewhere because sometimes even viewership, you know, when you go on a live show, you have one person to two person, hey, you got to dream big. You know. Look at as there is a thousand people listening to you. Too many people give up easily after posting two weeks of content because there's a lockdown and you're like, okay, I got to get on to you on Facebook and Instagram and LinkedIn and start posting and posting. But you think about it, you post it for two weeks and there's no results and then say, oh, okay, I'm giving up, throw in a towel and that's it. But if you think about it, yeah, before Gary Vaynerchuk became Gary Vaynerchuk, he's got a wine TV, right? Right. Wine library or wine TV and that has nobody watching it.
[00:15:34]
Genecia Alluora: Robert Kiyosaki started somewhere. Nobody even know about him until, you know, he started teaching and doing the board game, right. Cash flow. So we all started from zero. And when we look at successes of people, like when people look at you, Rich. People are like, oh, Rich is so amazing. You know, your own show, you can do this. You got that? And then they're scared. They're like, oh, but I can never be like Rich. But you know what? You just need to take a baby step. Prioritize. I want to give you three P's. First, you got to prioritize. Where is your dream? What is your goal? Prioritize. If your dream is to be seen and to be heard as a leader, you want to be a leader in the agency, in your organization, on the online platform, whatever that may be. You have to prioritize. Two, you have to push yourself. Get yourself with a network of like minded people, right? Because like attract like minded people. And then you get support and then people push you along cheerleading you.
[00:16:45]
Genecia Alluora: The last P is really to prepare to launch. Too many of you prepare but never launch. How many of you think about launching that podcast, that Facebook Live, that that business that you want to do, the early stage entrepreneurship that you always wanted to start to make money online, you're thinking, you're always preparing, researching and preparing. Hope that one day, when the time is right, you think that the fairy godmother is going to come down and bring a magic wand and wave a magic wand like Cinderella, and you become the beautiful princess? Or that really handsome, charming prince? It's never going to happen. It's never going to happen. So take courage. The three P's prioritize, right? And then really push it and then prepare and launch. Don't just prepare, prepare and launch it. So whether is it a podcast? Is it a business that you want to do to make money online? Go for it, right? And do it right now. Do it afraid.
[00:17:59]
Genecia Alluora: You know, Rich, when I interviewed Gary Vaynerchuk, yeah, he actually said one thing. I asked him one question. He said, I asked him, I said, what is the one advice you give to my community? And he said, go to an elderly home. Look into the eyes of the elderly. What do you see in the eyes of the elderly? Do you see regret? Do you see sadness? You see anger. Do you see joy? What do you see? And think about it. When you are at that where they are right now. Do you want to live a life of regret? Sadness. Anger. Because Covid happened. You can do your work because you know there's a lockdown. You can do your stuff and you lose your job and things happen. But you know what? The power is in your hands. We don't need a fairy godmother holding a magic wand and waving. That one is, say, pe babi pe babi woof and then transform that right? Yeah, there is no need for that. Well, you know what? We have the power in our hands. And if you get out of a comfort zone, stop being a victim. Blaming the Covid, blaming the lockdown, blaming another person. If you take that power again, you know what? You can dream. You can make money online. You can have your side hustle that you always wanted to do. Because it's never about the resources. It's always about the resourcefulness.
[00:19:36]
Richard Faradas: That's true. Oh my God, I love that. It's not about the resources. It's being resourceful, guys. Oh my goodness. Are you learning tonight? Wow. I am just saying you know I love what what you said about what Gary said. It's the word regret. I mean, that's a really that's a really heavy to be honest. That's a heavy word. And a lot of people are living in regret as we speak because they've never taken action. I remember what have you heard about the story of of T Harv when he a few years like way, way back when he was doing his trainngs. He actually mentioned this in one of his trainings that a trainer who starting trainer by that time invited him to do a talk. So I think he was like he was like doing talks like 100 to 200 people back then. So this guy prepared called Tee Acker up. Basically this, he prepared this whole bunch of people like I think a thousand, if I'm not mistaken, a thousand people was going to be attending. And the thing is, because this guy was starting that time. T Harv went there and at 6 a.m., the guy who actually fixed up the event called him up and said, oh my God, I made a mistake. The event was supposed to be next week.
[00:21:15]
Richard Faradas: I booked you too early. So can you imagine? So T Harv was like, wow, okay, so instead of getting mad getting, you know, he started he talked to this guy. How many people got the wrong message? Around six. Imagine a thousand people. Six people went there because of the wrong information. So what he did, he had breakfast, went to the event, I went, he asked the guys to join him for for breakfast. Then he started this. He went to the event and they started the pitch him. Plus the the organizer and six guys. And he was like talking he was saying that he was talking talking like like he was talking to 1000 people. And I remember because the reason why I'm sharing this to you, because I remember he keeps on telling us to give as much value to people. It doesn't matter how many. Right? And you know who the organizer was? It's actually theDean Garcy. It's Dean Garcy. And if you guys doesn't, if you guys don't know Dean Garcy, he's like the right hand guy right now of Tony Robbins. He's like, every time he does a lot of events, it's all jam packed. And it's such a humbling experience listening to T Harv talking about that.
[00:22:40]
Richard Faradas: Because all of the speakers are great speakers that started. They were all a mess, and from that mess they created a message. Then they became better. And it's really about doing it and not regretting for not doing something. Because I remember what, what what Jim Rohn said. It's easy to do and not to do, right? Something is so easy to do and yet it's so easy not to do. Going online is not. It's easy not to do. You can just watch Netflix the whole day and get cramps all over your body. I have that experience. I have that experience, you know, because there was a time that you just feel lazy. You don't you don't want to do anything. But the problem with that, if you keep on doing it, it becomes like a habit of yours. And eventually, because of that habit, it doesn't give you any result. And seeing the results of the speakers that I get into the shows. Even this, even with Miss Soul Rich Woman right here with all her achievements. Definitely. She wasn't sitting down. She was taking a lot of action. She was taking a lot of effort, and she's really giving it all.
[00:24:02]
Richard Faradas: So I just want to say, man, that's just amazing. All right. Yes. But Genecia, this is not like this. You were not this good when you started, right? 100%. And definitely when you started doing all of your programs, you started somewhere first. What was the what was basically the your epiphany, why you started changing. You know, your lifestyle started changing your ways. What was that moment when you started thinking that I want to be in the cheese or something like that?
[00:24:48]
Genecia Alluora: I think for me, my first transformation in mindset was when I knew I needed to provide for my family because I started working and supporting myself through school. Since I was 14 years old, I was teaching.
[00:25:07]
Richard Faradas: You weren't? Where are you guys well off before? I just I just want to ask.
[00:25:12]
Genecia Alluora: We weren't exactly well off before, but it just got worse. It just got worse. But I'm glad for the experience. And I was teaching yoga, aerobics and line dancing. Country line dancing. My mom pawned her gold to send me for the instructor certification. It's not cheap in those days, right? Yeah, and I had to work part time. So imagine waking up 5 a.m. in the morning to go to school and then finishing school about 1 p.m. and then do project work. You have your extra curricular activities and then about 5 p.m. I have to like quickly pack up and get ready to go and teach my classes. And by the time I finish, it's about 10 p.m. and then by the time I reach home, it's about 11. But at the time I want to do my homework is 12 midnight, and that went on for many years and my health was affected. I look really terrible. I'm tired. I was almost burnt out, you know, and it's tough. It's really tough. And my I was suffering with so much bullying in school as well, Rich.
[00:26:27]
Richard Faradas: Yeah yeah yeah yeah I want to talk about a little bit about that.
[00:26:32]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah. So all these experiences taught me one thing. My mom, she said, turn your mess into your message and show others what you are made of. I remember this message even up to today, and the reason why I do so rich woman's. Because of that precise reason, I was sitting on the 10th floor with my legs over the ledge. Ready to commit suicide because the bullying was so bad. They they pull open my PE shirt, my t-shirt. Exposing my bra. And then they say, oh, you are wearing the same bra. And and I mean, I just felt humiliated and I didn't know who I could speak to. And then there was another incident where they took my bag and threw it across the classroom floor, and all my books and pencils were all across the floor. And I just at that moment, I just wanted to die.
[00:27:40]
Genecia Alluora: So my big why in doing Soul Rich Woman in doing entrepreneurship is the reason my mom told me. Turn your mess into your message and show the world what you are truly made of. And I really want to help women and individuals to overcome their challenges in business and in life, to achieve the F-word which is being fabulous, having freedom, financial independence, and happy family. What is entrepreneurship without a happy family? Really. You ask yourself this question. I mean, too many people said in the name of entrepreneurship, I'm too busy for my family. No time for birthdays, no time for holidays, no time for quiet time or what? Family time. That's bullshit. Because really, if you talk about entrepreneurship, it's about, for me at least, that's my opinion only humble opinion that for me, I value freedom and I value family. Happy family.
[00:28:49]
Richard Faradas: That's true. I agree because what is the wealth if you're not going to be sharing it to anybody, right?
[00:28:57]
Genecia Alluora: Exactly. Exactly. Make it happen. So if you're thinking, oh, blaming Covid, blaming the lockdown, oh, you know, Rich, I don't have the money to do the business, you know. Oh my God, I think that's that's seriously, you know what, guys? You really got pull up your big girl panties or big boy pants and really get your ass going. You know.
[00:29:22]
Richard Faradas: That's true. Stop wearing those tighty whities. Come on. That's true. You know, there's so many people that I've been talking lately, and it's becoming like a like a course now, a complainers. Because these guys just complained about everything. Oh, I don't have I lack money because the government doesn't provide blah blah blah. Oh my gosh. And you could see the lives of these people. That's why there's no growth. There's really no.
[00:29:54]
Genecia Alluora: And poor mindset versus growth mindset, right? If you are thinking, oh life is sucks, you know life is lousy. That person's fault, and you stay in the box and you choose to stay in that box. You know, every single day we talk about 21 days to build an amazing habit. Can you imagine? It's only 21 days and you can't even keep through it. And you have done your years of your life. 20 years of your life, 30 years of your life, 40 years of your life complaining. How is the 21 day going to transform that 30 years, 20 years, and 40 years of your life unless you choose to? When you choose, you know what? You don't have to change who you are, but you must be willing to learn and go grow your mindset.
[00:30:50]
Richard Faradas: True. I totally agree, because a lot of people they think that I mean, you know, they feel that when they join a course, they join a business immediately it's going to make them a multi-billionaire overnight.
[00:31:08]
Genecia Alluora: I'm going to tell you a joke. Can I tell you a joke? Okay. So, you know, I do coaching and mentoring. So I had a client, potential client who actually paid for a coaching call, a 45 minutes coaching call. And I was talking to her and I told her, for example. So the coaching is $5,000, right? And she asked me this question. She said, okay, so $5,000. Okay. Let me give you a background. She's a 9 to 5 employee. Now making about $10,000 every single month USD. Okay, okay. And and but she's about to be retrenched. Oh, she's in $900,000 USD in debt. Okay, so I'm going to give you the whole picture. So these are these are some of the things that's happening. So she's been a 9 to 5 employee for the last 20 years. And then. So when I say okay, the course fees is about $5,000, okay. And that's for you to get started.
[00:32:04]
Genecia Alluora: And she asked me this question. She said if today I invest in $5,000, am I going to make $15,000 the next month? 1.6s Okay. You take 20 years to make $10,000 every single month as a 9 to 5 employee. 20 years. And then you ask if you would invest $5,000 in a program like reach. If you have a program that's $5,000, people join. Am I going to make $15,000 in the next month? That's three times the investment.
[00:32:36]
Richard Faradas: I know, that's crazy.
[00:32:39]
Genecia Alluora: So my question to you will be, if you are thinking about joining a business, starting a side hustle, and you're thinking, I'm investing 5,000 pesos right now and I want to make 15,000 pesos the next month, just working three hours a day. Do you really think that's possible?
[00:33:00]
Richard Faradas: Oh my God, this is. I just want to say this. Knock knock everyone. Knock knock. Oh my God. Exactly. It doesn't make sense because a lot of people, they want everything instant. You know, we're living a life of instant, instant noodles. Instant coffee. So they think that success is instant as well. You just open the pack, pour it on hot water and just mix it. Bam! You're successful, but it doesn't go through that. We have to put in a lot of work, a lot of hours. You know that concept? About 10,000 hours putting in. Then you become an expert.
[00:33:36]
Genecia Alluora: Exactly, exactly.
[00:33:39]
Richard Faradas: So it's really talking to the audience right now. Have you done your 10,000 hours?
[00:33:45]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah. And then don't expect posting of it after two weeks online. You know, a month, you know, doing Facebook Live of the month and doing Instagram Live after a month or doing a podcast after a month, you're like instant results.
[00:33:57]
Richard Faradas: That's true. Oh my gosh. I mean, it's just funny about how the perspective of other people about success, because everyone wants the glamorous side of success. They don't want.
[00:34:09]
Genecia Alluora: They don't see the sweat and the tears behind the scenes. I mean, like when you ask me making 200,000 clients, right? I mean members, but, you know, it was from zero. Why don't you see from the time when I was struggling, trying to understand my customer base, trying to figure out who we should market to? Why? So there's so many things. Let me share another story. So I've got this image consultant client. She's she is charging about. She want to sell a $3,000 package to engineers. Right. Okay, so engineers is the target market. So and she's like, you know, I believe all engineers need to look good, because if you're an image consultant, you want to make someone look good, right? So that's a natural path. If you sell skin care you want to make someone's skin look great, isn't it? If you sell health products, you want to make someone's health awesome, right?
[00:35:09]
Genecia Alluora: So the problem is that when you think about having those engineers, I mean civil engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, what do they usually where do they need to look good? Do they are they always the front line or are they at the back? Most engineers are behind the scenes, behind the scenes, and the fact is she couldn't sell her packages at all. To the sound of the crickets, literally zero. So when she came to me and I told her, I said, why don't you consider changing a perspective, taking another perspective of what your audience need? So after much brainstorming, I said, why not use sell them or promote to them how to look good on dates? Because most engineers are really nerdy. I mean, I'm just saying generally they're nerds, but I believe they're really handsome engineers out there as well.
[00:36:07]
Richard Faradas: Very good, very good. Right, Genecia.
[00:35:12]
Genecia Alluora: But they don't have time for dates. Why don't you teach them how to look good on a first date? How do you do your social etiquette for the first date or the subsequent dates? With the same pricing. She took a different perspective of their package. We look at the client they're targeting. Yes. And guess what? She's so like hotcakes. The package is sold like hotcakes.
[00:36:37]
Richard Faradas: Amazing. It makes sense.
[00:35:40]
Genecia Alluora: Because she took a different perspective perspectives. Yeah. So take this time to take a different perspective. If you are not doing very well in this time of Covid or having a lockdown, take a different perspective. What do your clients or potential audience need? Right? Yeah. It's not. Not just directly. Sometimes it's an indirect angle engineer. You think you want to help them in their career, but actually they don't really need. Yeah, exactly. All they need is they want to find a wife, right? They want to find a girlfriend. Many girlfriends.
[00:37:13]
Richard Faradas: Right. That actually makes sense. Wow. That's actually very, very good information that you gave her, because, I mean, a lot of a lot of people, especially when people get into business, they don't actually put time on studying their market. Because every time you talk to people, it's like, okay, who's your market? I know this because I got this question before and I was so stupid when they answered it, but I remembered when they asked me, I, I the only answer I said is like, everyone's my market. It's not true. You will always have a niche market for whatever service, whatever product you're going to be giving. And you just can't say. Everyone in my market, everyone who is living and breathing, that's my market. It can't. It can't be. Because, I mean, you have to study the the market that you want to get, that you want to market with, that you want to work with. I think this is important. Right?
[00:38:12]
Richard Faradas: You have to know which market you want to work with, because you're not going to be selling to them a service or a product one time. You're going to be building a relationship with them. And this is why a lot of people fail is because they don't really look at their market thoroughly. Right.
[00:38:32]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah. And just one more thing I would like to add on to this. You know, I always talk about fishing, right? Yeah. The world is your ocean, right. That's out there. But people always like to target everybody. Which means, like, I want a I don't know if you have ikan bilis in your country, but it can be you want to sell salmon, you want tuna, you want pomfret, and then you want shark and then you want a whale. So maybe you have $1,000. You want to market to these fishes, right? Fishes. But a ikan bilis or a salmon or a clownfish don't eat what the shark eats. The shark eats oater, the shark eats oaters and other things. Right?
[00:39:26]
Richard Faradas: I thought you were going to say humans.
[00:39:29]
Genecia Alluora: I'm a humans, okay? I mean, they don't really eat humans, but in other fishes, right? So imagine between a shark and a nemo fish or a shark and a salmon fish. All of them requirements are different. Sell to everybody. Sell to nobody. Speak to one. Speak to many. So if you think about it, if I could give you AHA moment today about who your target market should be then I want you to hop on the movement of make it happen. Because helping you to see a perspective, overcoming a challenge of identifying your fissures is important for me, especially now when everyone is going online. And the funny part is, which they are thinking about, I want a salmon head, a body of a shark, a tail of a dolphin. It's not possible. The fish is dead. The fish is already dead by the time you chop them up. And then put the jigsaw puzzle together. You know.
[00:40:39]
Richard Faradas: It's a Frank. It's a Frankenstein fish.
[00:40:42]
Genecia Alluora: Exactly. So I find it. Customer. When you think about having an audience you want to really look into. You want a salmon, you want a clownfish. You want a ikan bilis. You want a dolphin, you want a shark. Even shark days like tiger shark. Blacktip shark. There is what? What whatever sharks there may be. Right? So I don't understand when people say, I want to have everybody. I want to get all the customers men, women, children, teenagers. I made the mistake many years ago. I was an image consultant. I was teaching teenagers. I was teaching children. I'm so tired and exhausted because you have to just keep changing and molding yourself into your customer's needs.
[00:41:36]
Genecia Alluora: Why not just be who you are? Be who you really are. Be authentic and tell yourself who do you want to serve? And then go to the next step. Love your customers more than you love your product. Why I could grow Soul Rich Woman, right? It's all about that.
[00:41:57]
Richard Faradas: That is true. Love your customers more than you love your product. That's true. It's really giving value. I love that. That's very good. Ilove it. I just I like what you said. You sell to sell to everyone. Get no one.
[00:42:17]
Genecia Alluora: So let's do this together. Sell to everybody. Sell to everybody. Sell to nobody.
[00:42:25]
Richard Faradas: Wait wait wait. Nobody's. Wait. Guys, I want everyone to join us. Okay, you know me. I want you to join. Okay, everyone. Okay. Go go go.
[00:42:32]
Genecia Alluora: Get ready. Three. Two. One. Sell to everybody. Sell to nobody. Speak to one. Speak to many.
[00:42:48]
Richard Faradas: That's true. I you know, it's funny because I teach to people that even if you have, you're talking to a client, just one client. I believe one person can influence a thousand. It can really happen like that, because I've seen so many leaders that created a community. And you know, when you start just talking to everyone, this is what we call the shotgun approach. You know, just sorry. Okay. It's an approach. Okay. You just shoot, shoot, shoot. And you know, you don't know who's going to be hit, right? Because it spreads. But we we always say that there's a sniper approach, a sniper specific boom perfect person. See. So it's really if you want to go through with the shotgun approach, it's going to be more tough. It's going to be more tiring. Like what Genecia has been sharing because she's been talking to all these clients because she wants to get everyone to her, to to her business, to her network, or it doesn't matter. But if you have the the what's this, the sniper approach. It's specific. Who is your target? Wow.
[00:44:02]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah. Specific is very important because if you ask me. Right. How did I grow Soul Rich Woman? How do you how do you make it happen? It's all about being specific. And too many people fear being specific. Because specific is means to a lot of people is scarcity. Yeah. Oh, you mean I only talk to the shark? Oh, but it's only one shark, Genecia. One. Yeah. You know what? I have 200,000 members at this current moment of recording. Paying customers? For just $12 a month. And imagine that. Why? I only speak to one fish. One type of fish. Come, come. Let's let's do this. Sell to everybody. Sell to nobody. Speak to one. Speak to many.
[00:45:00]
Richard Faradas: Oh, I love that. Yes. Oh my gosh. Because you see, one of the things that I learned, one of the things that they taught me when I was starting doing business, is that scarcity mentality. And one thing that I realize, what's this? Because, you know, there's a term, oh my God, I forgot the term. I forgot the term in network marketing. But they always tell this that it's the market will they have this mentality that everyone, when you start doing network marketing or you start selling a product, it eventually saturates. That's the word. It's eventually saturates everyone. And you know, for for like a few years, I believe that then when I started doing it, when I started making it happen in my life, starting doing, then I realized there is no saturation.
[00:45:58]
Richard Faradas: There is no such thing as saturation. There is no such thing that a specific market. Eventually you're going to sell to everyone. No, every day there's going to be somebody who's going to get pregnant. Everything's going to be somebody's going to give birth. There's going to be a new market, new market every single day. That's why when I when I heard the speaker, he talked about it, that saturation section, I was like laughing my ass off because I know that it does not exist. For some reason like, like even in the even in the with nature, okay, even with nature, if there is a time that people are saying, oh, we're going to run out of water. I mean, my God is abundant. My God will provide. I know he's going to be giving us something, you know. Just just zoom. Honestly, I believe that the Covid is a God given thing. Okay, hear me out. I know a lot of people reacting going crazy right now. I'm just saying, because of for the past few months, if you notice that even the skies are becoming more bluer than for the past years.
[00:47:07]
Richard Faradas: Because why? It's like for the past months, Mother Earth was given the chance to breathe again. There wasn't so many cars that was driving. There was so many factories. All the factories shut down. And I saw like certain pictures, like in LA, the smog literally, it vanished, the smog in Los Angeles. I saw this picture. I was so amazed. I got goosebumps when I was looking at it. So I believe there are certain because of this mentality of scarcity. A lot of people, sometimes their lives are in scarcity as well. Their lives is like so limited. And that's where the negative thinking comes in. I won't be able to achieve anything because other people are doing it as well. A lot of people are not going to be. I won't be reaching out to so many people because they've already done something, or somebody has reached to that person already. That's why I just won't do it. And guys, if you're listening to this broadcast right now, both of us, we started with nothing. And this is what's happening to us because of a little word that I heard before.
[00:48:19]
Richard Faradas: It's really it's really working hard. I believe everything should be pushed. I love the three P's, especially push yourself because a lot of people, we go through a lot of excuses. Do you agree, Genecia? We go to a lot of excuses before getting something right.
[00:48:37]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah, I have a lot of excuses as well.
[00:48:41]
Richard Faradas: Really? You've gone through that? I don't believe you.
[00:48:44]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah, yeah, that's why I have a mentor. You know, if I don't have a mentor to kick my ass, I think I would still be where I was. And I will still be trading time for money. I work, I get paid, I work, I get paid, I don't work, I don't get paid.
[00:49:01]
Richard Faradas: That's true. That is true 100%. Get a mentor, ladies and gentlemen. That is true. Get out of. Get out of the rut with so much excuses in life. You know, I remember when this Covid started, most of the people like when, when we when we have events, right. When we have not online events but offline events. And they have so much excuses like they don't have time. This is these are the classic excuses. We don't have time. We don't have money. We don't have right now I couldn't go to your event because I was too busy. And believe it or not, the same people who keeps on giving those excuses right now in the saying, right, we are locked down in the house and now they're saying, oh, I don't have time. I had to wash our clothes, to wash our hair. I had to watch this. I don't have internet. Oh my God, there's so many excuses. And if you are in the life that you keep on giving excuses, don't be surprised if you don't have the result.
[00:50:12]
Genecia Alluora: Let me share another story. I love it. So I also have a lot of excuses, especially when joining Miss Singapore, because I had very low self esteem. I didn't have many friends. I'm introvert. I'm not an extrovert, okay? I'm really an introvert. Whenever I have free time, I just want to spend time with myself and my cats. Okay, if you're an extrovert again, if you're if you are an extrovert, that means whenever you have a free time, you would want to spend time with people. So that's what my partner is doing. Whenever he is free time, he wants to spend time with people. But whenever I have free time, I want to spend time with myself. Okay. So I'm really an introvert. So a lot of excuses. Oh, I can't do public speaking. I don't know how to do makeup. I don't know how to dress. I have no money because I have no money to buy new clothes and shoes for the beauty pageant. I could only have money for one pair of heels. Silver heels. That was for requirement for the evening gown.
[00:51:21]
Genecia Alluora: And I do not do not have extra cash to buy so many event outfits for so many events, for Miss Universe and for Miss International. And my coach during that time and my friends, they encourage me, they say, okay, go and join and then do it. So I eventually went to knock on doors because I didn't have any knowledge about learning. So I went to knock on doors and knock on many, many, many doors to look for sponsor. Because that's the way for me to save money. If I didn't have money, I don't have knowledge. Would that be an excuse to losing a pageant, representing Singapore on the international stage, or even winning Miss Singapore on the national stage itself? So that in itself made me push really hard out of my comfort zone, not knowing how to do public speaking, not knowing how to do makeup, not don't have money to buy clothes and stuff, to represent myself on the national stage. I'm like, okay. So I eventually found this lady. Her name is Rebecca. And she became my coach for public speaking and presentation and many other things.
[00:52:34]
Genecia Alluora: But she wasn't ready to give me her time, so she gave me all her CDs, DVDs, her notes. Can you imagine? I'm like, huh? You give me CDs and and notes, but I need you to teach me right? Teach me now, please. But someone who is so high level, they are willing to give to you all their programs on a digital format. Back in those days was like DVDs and CDs. I took it and she did one more thing, Rich. She took my wallet. She asked me, Genecia, can you open your back and give me your wallet? So at that age, I was like, okay, I'm going to give you my wallet. So she took my wallet, open up the zip, and then pull out all the money I have in the wallet. And $60 was all I have for that month. And she took all of it. She just take everything. And I'm like, Rebecca, why do you take my money? That's all I have for the month. And she said, Genecia. I have give to you all these DVDs and CDs for you to learn. But if you don't understand the power of value exchange. You will not treasure all the things I've given you because it's free, right? I take, I go and bye bye. And all the excuses that I've thought about is just going to overflow in abundance.
[00:53:59]
Genecia Alluora: But because she was there to guide me and tell me about the power of value exchange, learning to treasure my time and hers. Doesn't mean she give me the the book, or that notes on the DVD is useless. It's not her, but it's all her trainings that she she has recorded and she gave it to me for free. But it's never free. She took my $16 and that is all I have. And that made me work really hard to win at least third place and Singapore Universe, and then went on to win in Miss Singapore International, representing Singapore twice in my lifetime.
[00:54:42]
Richard Faradas: Wow. See? Well, I love that value exchange because a lot of people wants it free, right?
[00:54:51]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah, but first you need to get out of the excuses. Out of the sofa of excuses? Yeah, out of the couch of excuses. I went out to look for people who could help me ask for help. We Asians are so unwilling to ask for help. Do we look weak when we ask for help? Well, to a lot of people we look weak. But I want to encourage you today, take courage to ask for help. Just right now I have a platform. Now I want to promote you. I want you to be on my podcast show even though it's just 3 to 5 minutes. Make it happen. Take on the challenge. There's no need for you to be perfect. There's no need for me to be perfect. I'm a work in progress. Even up to today.
[00:55:35]
Richard Faradas: Same here, same here. We're making progress. That is true. Everyone is a work in progress, I believe that. Wow. I love what you said.
[00:55:44]
Genecia Alluora: Take courage. I really want those of you who is watching this right now. You are not here by chance. Especially now. It's live. You are not here by chance. You have this. This intuition that you are here today supporting Rich on VIP TV to be here on this show. There must be a reason why you need to hear this right now. Remember, you don't have to change who you are. You can go from stuck to unstoppable without changing who you are and allowing the diamond to shine. Comment into the chat right now. What color is your diamond?
[00:56:26]
Richard Faradas: Ooh, I like that.
[00:56:28]
Genecia Alluora: What color is your diamond? And you deserve to shine. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, you really deserve to shine. What color is a diamond? Mine is pink. Can you see pink logo? Background.
[00:56:42]
Richard Faradas: Really? Is it pink? Just kidding. Obviously. Right. I thought you were going to say blue.
[00:56:51]
Genecia Alluora: No, in my heart is pink.
[00:56:54]
Richard Faradas: Pink. Wow. For me, the diamond. I'm thinking. Because when you mentioned the color of their diamond, mine is blue. The blue diamond.
[00:57:04]
Genecia Alluora: The blue diamond.
[00:57:56]
Richard Faradas: The blue diamond. Wow. Sounds like a movie. Wow. So, guys, are you getting a lot of value? My goodness. Honestly. Oh, wow. It's like, when I was listening to you, I was like thinking about all the things that has happened in my life and just valuing it more. Because sometimes we just have to, like, get some quiet time just to realize all the things that happened to our lives. All right? And and you just be thankful for the things that happened to your life, whether it's good or bad, because I believe anything. Like what? What Genecia is sharing to us. Can you imagine $60. That's it. That's all of our all of our money at that time. And because that person was trying to teach you something, trying to teach you the value of exchange. It has to hurt. I have to say this. It has to hurt for you to really remember it, right? Something has to hurt for you to remember it and to cherish it and to learn from it. If it doesn't hurt, it doesn't value. There's no value with that. But if it hurts, that's where you cherish it. That's where, oh my God, this is what I have to do. And every time that pain comes in, you know that you have to push farther, you have to push, you have to become better. That's that's that's what I'm getting right now. Wow, that's so good, Genecia. My goodness. And can you imagine? We've been talking for like, like almost an hour already.
[00:58:40]
Genecia Alluora: Oh, we can go on for another three hours. All of them want to see you.
[00:58:45]
Richard Faradas: Yehey! three more hours. Three more hours with Genecia. Oh my goodness. So right now, I mean, your business, obviously your business is growing not just locally but internationally. And I know there's so many you have. How do you work on on those remote places right now? I know you have like employees all over the world, right?
[00:59:09]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah, I have a team in the Philippines as well.
[00:59:13]
Richard Faradas: I know. That's so cool. That's so cool.
[00:59:16]
Genecia Alluora: How do I work with them? I think I think the first thing is really knowing. Okay, first and foremost I want to say my team is growing. So we are still hiring. So if you are a virtual assistant please apply to hello@soulrichwoman.com.
[00:59:31]
Richard Faradas: Can I be looking for writers?
[00:59:32]
Genecia Alluora: We are looking for writers, social media managers.
[00:59:37]
Richard Faradas: I mean that's that's one of the things that's I mean it's an opportunity right? I mean if there's people who's who doesn't have if you guys lost her job, I mean there is an opportunity here, right? What if what if they don't have any experience with virtual assistant. Is that okay?
[00:59:55]
Genecia Alluora: They must go to at least be have attended, a virtual academy, virtual assistant academy of sorts. Because I realized, you know, especially now during Covid, Rich. I mean, to be very honest with you, there's a lot of people applying to Soul Rich Woman to work in our team. And the problem is many of them came from offline jobs like travel agency. I've got people applying. And they want to be virtual assistants. And one advice I really give to you who are thinking about at least working from home and starting a business as a virtual assistant. You know what? Get yourself equipped and ready to work. That's number one. That means your computer. Everything must be ready. If not, it's really difficult because you're going to turn on your computer for eight hours. It's not like only coming home after your office hours to play games.
[01:00:49]
Genecia Alluora: You know, like your Minecraft. You know you're not going to be there for Minecraft for a few hours, okay? You're going to be on for eight hours straight. And depending on the work that you're doing, your. Of course. Okay. We're going to be geekier. Like specifications is going to be necessary. Your Ram to run a zoom is at least six Ram. Okay. Six of the Ram.
[01:01:16]
Richard Faradas: Now, I see the geekiness of Genecia.
[01:01:18]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah, I'm quite a geek in tech stuff. So anyway. Okay, so that's the first one. Get your requirements right. The second one is really equip yourself with equip knowledge. At least learn. And when you apply for a job as a virtual assistant, you know, sometimes you start with general being general first. That means you can do data, you can do lead gen, you can do this. And that in general is fine. But you must number three have attitude that determines your aptitude, because at the end of the day, the people whom we hire really hire based on attitude. Number one, skill set, number two. Because if without skill set, without attitude, you can be the best person for the job, but you are not coachable, you are not open and willing to work as a team. You work like your solopreneur, you know, but it's actually a team coming together. So I mean really. Look into that.
[01:02:14]
Richard Faradas: Great. Wow. That's great advice because, I mean, there's a lot of people are shifting to that shifting to virtual assistants. But I mean, that's true. At least you got you have to have some skills and eventually you have to be teachable. Not sorry, not eventually. You have to be teachable eventually. I'm sorry. Whoops. Whoops. Not eventually. You have to be teachable. Please. It's hard. It's hard enough.
[01:02:47]
Genecia Alluora: So back to your question, Rich. When you ask me, you know, I'm working with a team of remote employees. How do I do that? I think it comes from a mindset of an entrepreneur. You know, you need to learn the art of delegation. My mentor told me that if you want to scale your business or grow your business, you can't be a solopreneur all the time. You know, I don't want to be a bottleneck of my own business. So when he highlighted to me that if I want to be the bottleneck, then I can just do everything myself because I am the best at doing everything myself, am the best person I can, finish doing the task in the shortest possible time, and then I have no time, no freedom. And I work like a slave myself. I really am a slave to my business. I mean, what is the reason you guys are out there doing entrepreneurship or, you know, making money online? What is the purpose and reason? Right. But you must be willing to work hard in the beginning and then, find some ways to outsource five hours of your time just a week or a month, either in bookkeeping or some task that you completely hate to do. Ask someone else to do it for you.
[01:04:00]
Genecia Alluora: Even for the women out there, even babysitting. Give yourself time for yourself. It's also outsourcing and delegating. So by having this mindset of being able to let go and empower someone to do the work even though they may not do it as well as you think about it, the extra five hours of your time, you could be making more money. And this is a rich person mindset, a rich mindset I would call a rich woman mindset because if you think about it, if you spend your time doing all the tasks all the time by yourself, you only have 24 hours a day. Your children, your time, your family need your time. You need to do online marketing. Where are you going to find time to do the rest of your stuff? So delegate out is important. And that's how I grew. How I grew from a one woman show back in 2012, 2013 and then grew up to a team of 21 now, but offline we had about 30, 30 team members. So in three months in 2013, after realizing the power of delegating the art and science of delegating and growing teams, we made $100,000 in three months and $1 million in a single year, and our group sales was $10 million.
[01:05:25]
Richard Faradas: Wow wow wow wow. Oh, wow. Yeah. See the power of delegation. Don't be a firefighter. Don't. Don't be a fire doing it yourself. You know, that's that's true. I mean, coming from me, I'm such a perfectionist. And and one word that really struck me when when I heard about delegation. It's about trust. You got to trust your team. That's why when you start building your team, make sure that they're going to be trustworthy. Because, I mean, it's really it's really important. I got this from Blair Singer. You have to learn how to sell. And of course, you have to know how to build a team. And that's very important. And that's where the delegation starts, comes in. Because you can't just give all the tasks to somebody that you don't believe in, you don't trust. And it's like, I remember when when you give a task to somebody, it's like my mind is like, oh my God, can she or he do this? Then I couldn't sleep. And it's like, when I wake up, I'm going to be like scrutinizing, okay, what what did you do? See, I know that you're not you're going to mess it up.
[01:06:40]
Genecia Alluora: I think, Rich, one more thing. I think just one more thing. This one, it is not just about. It's not just about, of course, that trust, you know, like, oh, you know, I'm sure you're going to make the mistake, you know, that they're going to make the mistake. And I think one, one thing about us as business owners and entrepreneurs is that we think that our team can mind read us. They think they are X-Men, you know, like Xavier, you know, like from X-Men. They think that they are reading our minds and knowing what we want. But the truth of the matter is they don't they don't know what we want exactly. To tell them what we want. We have to give them the systems and the process to learn.
[01:07:23]
Richard Faradas: Agree, and they just have to follow it. That's it. You just have to follow it, right? That's where they become better. Because when they follow a certain system, they don't. They don't reinvent the wheel, as we say.
[01:07:36]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah. Just just like when we talk about making money, there is a process. There is a way, a method. That's right. To build your brand, to make it happen, to be a leader. That is a process. So when you reach, you are a leader in the network marketing company. Why do people need to reinvent the wheel? They just need to learn from you, right? Simple. Well, why? Why do they have to reinvent the wheel? Because they don't have the right mindset.
[01:08:10]
Richard Faradas: Yes. So it really goes back to the mindset because it goes back to the mindset because they try to make it faster. You know. You know I mean I would love everything to be faster. I would love the Philippines internet to be faster. I would love to make money if you can teach me how to make like $1 million in a week, you know, I would love that.
[01:08:36]
Genecia Alluora: $1 million in what currency?
[01:08:38]
Richard Faradas: USD, of course. Sorry. Sorry about that.
[01:08:42]
Genecia Alluora: We have to be clear.
[01:08:44]
Richard Faradas: You know the international beauty queen.
[01:08:49]
Genecia Alluora: But just kidding. Just kidding.
[01:08:51]
Richard Faradas: A lot of people wanted really, really fast. But the thing is, they don't go through that process. Even the computer goes through a lot of process. Before you can even set up a computer, you need all these information. You have to to download some stuff just to make it running. And can you imagine? If you're going to be starting a business or going to be starting a new venture in your life, you there are certain things you need to download first for you to understand what you're going to be doing. And wow, I just and the people right now are I know they're getting value from what we're talking about. And sometimes they're like, yeah, it actually makes sense. I need to download some stuff tonight.
[01:09:35]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah. Like a lot of you are now hiring people to do social media marketing for your business. Hello, social media marketing. There are so many different parts to it. And whether is it Facebook, Facebook page, your profile is it for Instagram? There is so many different ways to do the same thing called social media marketing. So I think we really need to be specific in our communication. And always, I always will use the ask method which is accelerate your communication. Be authentic. Right? Yes. See, clarify without hesitation. So apply the ask format. Okay? Really concise, Clarify, clarify and clarify without hesitation will help you to communicate better with your team and build your business and make money online without reinventing the wheel over and over again.
[01:10:37]
Richard Faradas: That's right. And they should ask the experts. They should when they were going to be asking something. You know, you ask the experts. There's so many experts outside right now. You know, if you want to really build an organization like what Genecia has done, you know, you can ask her, you know, if you want to know more about network marketing, we are here. So it's really about asking, you know, that's funny. The word that that that action of asking sometimes it takes a lot of struggle just to ask because they would say. Hello? Yeah, yeah, yeah. They would, you know, I mean, you know, that process that you I know I've gone through that, that I want to ask something to this person, but, you know, it takes so many information. It takes so many struggles in my mind that hasn't had that hasn't happened yet. But, you know, because you want to know this thing. But the thing is, what's stopping you is yourself.
[01:11:40]
Richard Faradas: Because you don't want, you know, you don't want to look like a fool. That's the one, that's the one thing. You don't want to look like, okay? I want to look. Not everyone is an expert, guys. Don't worry. You know, we're not. Everyone's perfect. So just. If you need help in something. And if you know that this person is an expert, just go for it. Just ask. Because, like what Ganesh said, we are not mind readers.
[01:12:05]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah, we are not mind readers. That's right. If you need help from your online or if you need help from me, even you ask for it. And and right now, like for me, I'm offering my help. So if you want to be on the podcast show, you want to get promoted. You want some free marketing and exposure, some PR for your business and for your life. As long as you you have 3 to 5 minutes, you want to share about a challenge that you have overcome. You're welcome to make it happen. On the show I like right. And I believe we will put the link into the show notes somewhere. It's basically shor.by/makeithappen. And submit your application. Do not be afraid to press the submit button. And do not keep thinking about being perfect. Because if now there's an opportunity like Rich invited me, spend his time. We are chatting, you know, spending our effort to give you value. And now there's an opportunity to promote you on an international platform and you're like, oh, I'm so shy, I can't do it. You know? I don't want to.
[01:13:25]
Genecia Alluora: Why? Like hell. Yeah. I mean, if you're talking about making a change like this show being a VIP of your life, being your own diamond, shining through, being yourself. Yes. Then do something about it. Opportunity presents itself. But of course, like what we always see. When the student is ready, the master will appear. Now the master has appeared. But will you be the student tonight? Today? Tomorrow. By clicking on the link. By submitting your voice. Recording 3 to 5 minutes to be on the podcast. Show that it's international. There's going to bring your business, your brand, your leadership up one notch, ten knots. Are you willing to take the step forward to make money online? If you can't even take this step and you are just hiding behind the curtains of playing small and not adequate? I'm not an expert. Look, making it happen on VIP TV is not about playing small. It's not about being inadequate. It's not about giving all the excuses and sitting on the chair of excuses. Not about that.
[01:14:48]
Genecia Alluora: Do you want to 10X your financial independence today? Do you want more leads and customers during Covid amongst this pandemic and challenges? Do you want to be seen as leader like Rich and myself? Do you want to have results when you've tried everything possible out there? Now we are offering you an international platform for free, 3 to 5 minutes of your time to record a short challenge that you have overcome. Share your story, how you deal with it. And then what is the lesson learned? And we're going to give you this entire branding that is super power. We are going to be on YouTube. It's going to be on 20, 30 different platforms internationally. You're going to be heard, you're going to get visibility, you're going to get exposure. You're going to get PR. So you talk about making money online. You talk about 10X your financial independence. You talk about 10X your confidence today. And when the master is ready, the master is here. Is the student ready today?
[01:15:58]
Richard Faradas: That's right. Nicely said, nicely said. Amazing. That's so amazing, guys. Wow. You know one thing that you're going to learn? One thing, I hope you learn something tonight. I hope one thing that you've learned is really taking action. You know, stop procrastinating. Do it. If you're going to do it, do it right. Do it with us. Wow. Amazing. Genecia. Oh my God, this is such an awesome time. Thank you so much for really pouring it out tonight, I love it. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the time and we are excited. Maybe I could maybe I could send my 3 to 5 minutes. What's this recording? What do you think?
[01:16:46]
Genecia Alluora: Yeah. Yeah. You should you should get everyone that you know in your network and yourself. I really want to give value to help people, to promote, to get exposure, to be seen as a leader without any cost. The only cost is your confidence. Your time. 3 to 5 minutes out of 30 years of living your life, 20 years of whining and complaining, now you have an opportunity presented in front of you right now. It only requires 3 to 5 minutes of your time. But are you willing to take the step, or do you want to continue to be where you are now, but to be where you are now, to where you want to be? Needs to start today. Because every day if you do a 1% improvement to be a different version of you. The other word I never say better, I say different. Yeah. 1%. Just 1% is all you need every single day. And imagine that 1% is just 3 to 5 minutes. By the end of 365 days, you will have 365% of a different version of you, which means you go to the next level.
[01:18:05]
