[00:02:32]
Genecia Alluora: Hello, my name is Genecia Alluora, welcome to this session. Today I'm going to share with you how we launch a thousand episodes for our clients to achieve listeners in 60 countries combined and go from local to international in just five months. How our clients generate leads and sales of five figures with podcasting, and how I built a six figure podcasting business in just six months as an additional source of income to my business. Okay, so I'm going to show you my slides right now.

[00:04:42]
Genecia Alluora: Welcome to the Soul Rich Woman Show. Alone you are strong. Together we are unstoppable. The key to unlock consistent success. The key to unlock that diamond within you. No other things involved. This is what you need to do and must do tonight. Each and every one of us has a diamond within us. And it's really your time to shine. You can do it because I've done it. As long as you have a mentor who can take you from where you are now to where you want to be. You can shortcut your success. Practice makes perfect. But if you touch your heart, you practice the wrong thing. You make the wrong thing perfect. And that's not the result that we want for you. The reason we want for you tonight is to take the right step, the first step to make the success habit, the first step. And then you go over it and then you own it.

[00:05:47]
Genecia Alluora: When you bring your business online the right way that is going to make a huge impact in your life. We help you to get clients and recognition online to either build your own personal brand or your business growth. To be successful, you don't have to change to be who you are. You have to be more of who you are so that people can notice you. Because you're authentic, because you are real. Because you are you. Because nobody can replace you. Turn your talent into your business. Turn your passion into a paycheck by being you. By being you and only you. You can be different in order to make a difference. In order for you to be different, you have to continuously upgrade your mindset to reset your success button, to be different, to make a difference. The reason why I am who I am today is because I step out of my comfort zone to pursue what I really, truly want to achieve. Really, I want to help more women to overcome their limiting beliefs and the issues they face, to step up their comfort zone. To go towards the dreams that they've always wanted to achieve.

[00:06:56]
Genecia Alluora: Take action and really believe in the vision of your dreams. Step out of your comfort zone and go towards the action and dreams that you want. Give yourself a second chance. Never say no to your failures. As a woman, we have the power in our hands. Never let your fears hold you back. Quit. Thinking and start doing. Life is really short and keep pursuing what you truly ever wanted to achieve. You must have a big WHY to transcend across, to take action. Women come together. Alone we are strong. Together we are unstoppable. The Soul Rich Woman Blueprint is going to be transforming your life today, yesterday, last year, because you took action today, I'm going to say more power to you.

[00:09:12]
Joanne Lee: Through Soul Rich Woman I get to meet and coach clients that I have never dreamt of having. Now I coach doctors, managing directors, professionals and everyday ladies getting their voices heard and shine. I have launched 855 episodes of podcasts in just four months.

[00:09:33]
Dr. Yong Hsin Ning : I approached Genecia for business mentoring. I wanted to represent my business. She suggested that I do podcasts. She's our mentor, she's our dear mentor, and she has the foresight to know that podcast allows us to create our brand in a less crowded space. The brand branding for myself is very clear whether I'm a business owner, whether I'm a lecturer, whether I'm doing for individuals, whether I'm doing for corporate, that brand identity is very strong.

[00:10:11]
Charlotte Mizuki: This will not be possible without the mentorship and support from Genecia and founder of Soul Rich Woman.

[00:10:18]
Janet Aisyah Quek: With the blueprint and with mentorship of Genecia, I found my talent and it turned into a business. And that's amazing because I like what I'm doing and I keep myself awake at night, and I can wake up early in the morning and looking forward to the day, doing whatever I need to do for my for my business.

[00:10:42]
Dr. John Tan: Genecia team has done it very, very well and I would say that it is effective. People say, how do you do this business? So, you know, and they were asking like, Wow! Before you didn't have and now you have it. So it's it's inspiring them. Check it out. Check it out. You know check out Soul Rich Woman.

[00:11:01]
Mae Lynn Lim: Genecia's concrete Soul Rich Woman blueprint incorporates step by step processes which guided me to craft a memo. My recipe for success.

[00:11:13]
Charlotte Mizuki: I was looking around and I found Genecia. And amazingly I think what she shared is you can be just as amazing. You just have not found who are you, what do you stand for? And and and it strikes me it's like this, this whole journey, when I went through it, I just felt that it's not about how much money you have. It's not about whether you have. You have many staff. You have many manpower actually, as being just a single person of average person in Singapore. That's small. You know, I can be somebody as successful as anybody in the world. So yeah, I thanks Genecia for all your guidance to where I am today.

[00:11:55]
Joanne Lee: The blueprint blueprint really transform my business and my life. And today, in just four months, my business and my life has been transformed. And thankfully, you know, the bad incident that I, you know, I wanted to take my life. I did not do that. You know, if not, I would not be able to be here to share my story with you. So I really hope that no, no one should, you know, be having, you know, the same situation as me. They should not be in this situation. Does know that you know there is hope. There is hope. There is really, you know, a way to turn around. There is because it had turn around for me. Turn around for Janet, turn around for Charlotte. So many other women and Soul Rich Woman. We work together. We are a community, you know, we play win win. We help each other, we support each other. So thank you, Genecia. Really thank you.

[00:12:53]
Genecia Alluora: Alone you are strong, but together we are unstoppable.

[00:13:02]
Genecia Alluora: Okay, so how do you build a business and brand around podcasting all the way from Singapore? And I just want to tell you, this is very, very important to know that currently in Asia, podcasting is picking up and especially in our country commute. It's really short. We are really into micro podcasting. Okay, so if what is micro podcasting? It literally means episodes between 5 to 10 minutes maximum 12 to 15 minutes because between places the time is really short. So the engagement rates are of a podcast. The success and sweet spot that we have found thriving in Asia, especially in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar. We are here and it's really amazing that we are seeing the results that we are seeing right now in our business. So today you will learn these three things. Okay I'm going to share with you. And we're going to cover this three aspects I want to tell you this. You need to begin with an end in mind. Now there are five mindset key that I want you to write down right now okay.

[00:14:19]
Genecia Alluora: Write down right now. First okay. First, when you own a podcast or if you have a podcast show, okay, I want you to write this down. It instantly changes your status. Now having a podcast show is not just calling yourself, okay, I'm a podcaster and that's it. It's how your mindset towards being a podcaster is, or having a podcast is that will transform your business and build a brand around podcasting. So number one, it instantly changes your status. Number two, it makes you an instant authority. Number three, it gets you speaking engagements. Number four, it has high perceived value. Number five, you can build trust before selling. So these are the five key mindset pieces that you must have if you are looking to build a brand and business around podcasting. Because if you don't have a belief that it instantly changes your status, that it instantly makes you an authority that gets you or possibly speaking engagements is high perceived value, or you can build trust before selling that in itself will make a huge difference on how you approach matters on hand.

[00:15:36]
Genecia Alluora: So I currently run three podcast shows for Women Love the F-word, which is an interview style launch every single week. I run Soul Why a daily podcast, Monday to Fridays, maximum about 10 to 15 minutes, and a podcast that's only five minutes in two languages, in English and in Mandarin. So I'm also a cafe retail chain owner. In three countries, 18 franchisees and licensees exited to a publicly listed company. And I'm the author of two books, of which one of the book is also the name of my podcast, which is called Make It Happen. So when you have a podcast, how do you approach this? You must become the star of your show. You cannot just hide and think that, okay, I'm a podcaster. You know, I hide behind that episode cover. I hide behind in that name. No, you got to get out there. So overall, this is what we call the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. And I use this podcasting blueprint technique called Soul Rich Woman Blueprint to help my clients to be seen and to be heard online. Now when you are the star, you can build your know like trust score.

[00:16:49]
Genecia Alluora: Now know like trust score is very important, especially when you have a podcast. Remember the five key belief that you must have instantly changes the status it can get you. Speaking engagements is high perceived value and can build trust before selling, and instantly changes your status and make you instant authority. So when you have this in mind, then you approach your social media differently. Then when you communicate with people, you talk to them differently and not talk to them as though you are a complete nobody. Because having a podcast allows you to be an expert. Okay, instantly. And the key thing of why we are successful and how our clients got five figure sales and being seen as leader was because they were really over consistent. Now consistency seems very elusive when you're looking at stuff. I want to share with you this. When you look at consistency, it's not a one day thing, okay? It's not one day, two days, three weeks. I've got clients telling me, oh, Genecia, I am only at posting two weeks, but nobody listens to my podcast. I'm posting only three weeks and I have not enough downloads.

[00:18:04]
Genecia Alluora: You need to be understanding that consistency looks something like this. I did not build a female entrepreneur network in Southeast Asia with 200,000 members from nothing. I did not build a six figure podcasting business from just being inconsistent. It was really being consistent. And I want to just show you and give you a visual how consistency look like, because people can say and talk about consistency, but really what is consistency. So this is something that I want to show you right now.

[00:20:18]
Genecia Alluora: So this is consistency. And how did we apply this to our clients? So Janet Aisyah Quek is 25 years corporate MNC regional leader. She is an employee turning an entrepreneur. And we teach her the same method of consistency. And in her posting she uses audiograms, she uses a podcast codes and she post every single day, Mondays to Fridays with a certain schedule. And when she was able to be consistent, how many of you know that Covid happened and many people lost their jobs? She quit her job just in 2019 in November, and shortly after, she launched a podcast and within a three months she started receiving leads and inquiries when she launched her podcast show from January to March. People learning. People want to see what she's doing July to August. She was still getting leads and inquiries throughout just by posting on social media. And her focus is on LinkedIn. So three things you must have a schedule of consistency. Number two, you really need to engage with your audience when they comment, you must reply them. Last but not least, really have a targeted message to talk to them.

[00:21:45]
Genecia Alluora: And even for her post, okay, she has a trending in podcast hashtag is also trending as well. Now, Joanne is a 14 year stay at home mom who says stay at home moms can't have a podcast. She's also a beauty business owner. She also learned a technique of consistency, posting that and then immediately leads and inquiries. Leads and inquiries. Leads and inquiries, leads and inquiries, leads and inquiries. And all this was because of this technique in secret, one which is consistency and batching in our platform. We help our podcasters to do four days of recording and to launch one year's worth of content. So when you are looking into batching, oh, Genecia I don't know how it looks like, is it because I do a few days of work now? You can actually do four days of recording to develop one years of content, and we have a template for that. We have a template. We have a process for that to help them to achieve that.

[00:22:48]
Genecia Alluora: Secret number two is to look into how you're growing and leading. Now I want to share with you two beautiful Mandarin characters for Chinese characters. Now, a lot of people, when they start a podcast, they will think I'm a leader, right? But I would like to think of it as you are glowing with your podcast shows. The glow, the essence that attracts people to you will be your title, your podcast cover, which later on I will share with you a little bit more. And being a leader is in your content, right? What exactly are you speaking about? So you need to be a charismatic leader. You need to find your own mastery. Whether you cook like you know Joanne talks about leader activated. She talks about being a leader in her life. Janet talks about being a woman leader in the corporate world and then the superpower. What exactly are you talking to? Who are you targeting and how can you be memorable to your audience? And this is key. So just a quick few before and afters to help you understand. So Dr. John Tan is executive director of Care Singapore, and he's also the president of the Youth Work Association. So that was the podcast cover before the image that he was using. But because he speaks to youth when he launched his podcast, he want to talk to youth. So choosing the right image that speaks to the target audience is important.

[00:24:16]
Genecia Alluora: We also have Chris. He is interior designer and you know, previously before he got the, the, the, the really understand how he wanted to target. He want to target home owners who have got money, who owns bungalows, condominiums. He can be dressed as the image on the left. He needs to go to the image on the right and rebranded him in that aspect and look at Janet. So even though she is a woman leader, the concept is of a magazine. But when you look at her wearing black versus wearing pink, black hair versus highlighted hair makes a whole lot of difference on how the approach is being memorable on the online world. And we have Dr. Yong Hsin Ning, who talks about being a square apple, which literally talks about change management and the growth mindset. And you look at the image before that. She appeals a little bit more traditionally, but she wants to be seen as someone who is approachable. So just by a slight tweak in the imaging, in the way who you want to target, who you want to speak to and how you want to be memorable to the people that you're talking to, will determine how you will look on your podcast cover, how you approach your podcasting.

[00:25:33]
Genecia Alluora: So if you are to look at this mind map, okay, literally when you have the five beliefs that I give it to you at the beginning, begin with an end in mind. When you have a podcast show, when you have a belief that you can be the instant authority, you can be the leader. You change your status. You have high perceived value. It can develop into a business. And that is what exactly we did for our podcasters. So we help Janet to launch her downloadable books. Two books, in fact, 21 Ways That We Hit Hunted and The Money Blueprint. And then we understand that using small agreements, if you see the podcast cover, there's a star and there's a star like a magic wand over there. People get to know a podcast show. And by building small agreements, I want you to write this down. Very super important small agreements. You must have small agreements. Don't think in just one podcast episode it will close sales, but it will close a weekly show and within three months she has a five figure sales and she was able to make five figures.

[00:26:42]
Genecia Alluora: Without running any Facebook ads, without running any Instagram ads. Literally, we can say organic is key. Well, it did and it did it for her. She even had a coaching call as well. Paid coaching call without running any Facebook ads or Instagram as just by building up her podcasting on her social media and posting on a fixed schedule, being consistent out there, and then engaging with the audience. We also help Joanne to build her digital products as well. And because people listen to a podcast show, people sign up for her five figure program as well without any ads. And this was within months as well, within months. Okay. So if she can do it, so can you. Now next thing is Dr. John Tan for him when he launched his podcast show by being consistent, being batching, having, batching, his work was being recognized by the Commonwealth Alliance of Youth Workers Association. He was 30 years offline. Nobody really know who he was until he launched a podcast.

[00:27:49]
Genecia Alluora: And because he was so consistent and he was doing micro podcasting 10 to 15 minutes, he was able to connect with the audience. Right? And Dr. Yong Hsin Ning, co-founder of Change Voyage Consultancy and young lecturer at Singapore Management University, she was able to get a six figure project because of her podcast. Now all these would not have been possible if they were not memorable, if they were not consistent and they didn't match their content because life gets in the way. Last but not least is to do more with less. Now, how do I build a six figure business in just six months? Now you really must leverage the power of your podcast. Okay. Do more with less. How many of you here run to make more money and really use a podcast to monetize so that you can have the F word, which is being fabulous, having freedom, financial independence, and family. Now I have market. You can use podcasting as a marketing tool to help to market business owners, entrepreneurs, passionate individuals. So my podcast Make It Happen is five minutes every single day.

[00:29:10]
Genecia Alluora: And the biggest brand in Malaysia, a property company actually approach us. So this is a case study as well. They wanted to get all their agents Award-Winning agents to be on the show five minutes to brand themselves on the international platform. So this is how it looks like when you have promote your podcast itself to a point where it's seen as high perceived value. When it's valuable, you can have corporate companies coming to you, B to B coming to you and say, yes, can I be on your podcast show? I'm going to buy out 20 slots. I'm going to buy out 50 slots of your podcast, and then you will continue to grow, because when you see your value of your podcast and market it like crazy and give value like crazy, and being consistently out there giving value, that's when people, when they see it, they will come to you without you chasing after them. So you can see when you leverage fully on your podcast show by having the five beliefs that I've given you right at the beginning, begin with an end in mind. That's when all the magic is going to happen.

[00:30:31]
Genecia Alluora: If you just see yourself as somebody really small, you see yourself somebody who don't really know what's happening. You think you see yourself as a newbie. You know, you're like, oh, you know, I don't really know what's happening. Oh, I'm so new. You feel like inferior. Sometimes you feel like imposter syndrome. I see a lot of podcasters having that imposter syndrome. You feel like you know you are not good enough. You only got one episode and you only got five episodes. So what? These podcasters that you have seen earlier, Joanne, Janet, Dr. John, Dr. Yong, they had only like launch weeks. So three months is only 12 episodes and they are already getting six figure sales. Five figure sales? Why is that? Because the belief, the five beliefs, which is the beginning of an end in mind by knowing that it makes you an instant authority, by knowing that instantly elevate your status, by knowing that it gets to speaking engagements, by knowing that it has high perceived value. And you can build a lot of trust even before you sell.

[00:31:44]

[00:34:05]
Speaker 12: Create miracle with Propnex. Miracle always beyond expectation.

[00:34:20]
Genecia Alluora: And that is it. So what are the three secrets that I want to share with you? So let's do a recap. Okay. Let's do a recap right now. So the first secret. Okay. What is the first secret? The first one is to be consistent and bet your content like crazy. Don't just speak it. Really do it. Set aside time. Two days. Four days is all you need. If you're doing micro podcasting to bet an entire years of content. The second secret is all about being memorable, being memorable. If you are not memorable, you are forgettable. People it takes only seven seconds to remember you online. Seven seconds. And then if you are not memorable, your podcast cover is ugly. You're not catchy. You're not personable. People will forget you because in the online space, people, you just want people to stop the finger, right? Stop and then look at you. What you have to share. I find audio grams really very powerful. Short 30s one minute audio is really powerful with subtitles, clear episode and clear call to action. Really powerful for my clients and it works like a charm. And that's how they got the six figure sales and five figure sales, which never before. They have never done this before. And because of podcasting, we see the power.

[00:35:48]
Genecia Alluora: The last secret is really to do more with less work on leverage. Now, leverage is important because if you have the belief and you know for sure that your podcast is going to be amazing, really see it and market it, a lot of people are what we call. They are just holding back. Well, how do I how am I going to say this? It's like you're just oh, I've got a podcast, but nobody knows they have a podcast if you don't market it. Right? So marketing is really key and it's really essential. And you go really to position yourself there. So here in the Asia Southeast Asia market, we are serving clients in ten countries. And we are really glad. Oh, podcasting business is only about a year old. Soul Rich Woman is about five years in the market. And I've been in business for about 15 years. So I find that podcasting has given us additional source of income. Podcasting has given us audience that we have never thought about having, even with podcasting. Now we are listened in in about 117 countries. And so all these things comes with the power of belief. I know that podcasting is just a podcast. The technical, you know, is a, you know, yes, the technical part matters. Well, what matters most is your own personal belief. And it shows through your message. It shows through in the online space, in the way you structure your social media post. The way you communicate it shows know matters a lot. So I hope today's session has helped you to see and how you can build a brand and business around podcasting.

[00:37:46]
Mary Ann Lim Favie: I started doing my podcast in May of this year. I immediately recorded my first episode and it was launched in Spotify after 48 hours. I decided to do the podcast upon the recommendation of my mentor Genecia Alluora, because she told me that if I want to do a strong online brand, then this can help. I think anybody can do podcasting, because if you go to the internet, you can find so many sources of how to do a DIY podcast. But I think it's very important when you are looking for quality to find someone who can help you do it professionally. I prepared myself for doing the podcast through the help of my podcast coach, Joanne Lee. So Joanne was able to give me the background of the technicalities of doing a podcast, like creating your content, the importance of recording, you know, having a good place when you record and all this stuff that's critical in creating a very good podcast episode.

[00:39:46]
Mary Ann Lim Favie: My most unforgettable experience. When I was doing the podcast in the morning before my schedule of recording, I actually almost lost my voice. And this is really a challenge because voice quality is very, very important in doing the podcast show. Failure is one thing that I was worried about when I was starting to do the podcast. I was worried if what if nobody will listen to my episode and all my messages will not be heard. But I went back and thought about the purpose, why I'm doing the podcast. So I thought even if only one person is able to hear my story and it changes their life, then I would consider my podcast success. My greatest struggle in doing the podcast is actually squeezing it into my very busy schedule. So as of the moment, I'm still a full time employee. So finding time to really write the content, which is really, you know, time consuming in the sense that if you want to give quality, you will not just do a podcast show without a good message.

[00:40:21]
Mary Ann Lim Favie: I looked at my schedule, organized, and put a structure into how each episode will flow into the next one. So that made me more focused on what content I should be writing down. My advice to anybody who wants to start a podcast shows three things. First is to be able to come up with a good content, because people will really follow and listen to your story if they will get something out of it. Second is finding time to do it. If you want to be able to launch a good podcast show, you need to spend time writing the message, recording it properly and not, you know, like rushing just to get it out. And the most important one, the third one is finding a good coach to help you, especially if you're not somebody who's into this space. So, like me, I've been like in the corporate world for so many years and I don't really have time to study about, you know, the DIY of podcasting. So having somebody who will do it for you professionally and live your presence is very, very important.

[00:41:36]
Mary Ann Lim Favie: My motivation for doing this podcast. I want to be heard in different places. I will have an online voice where people from different countries can hear me. But most importantly, I want to share my story and leave a legacy for my children and my grandchildren. And you know, even though I will not be here anymore, they can still hear the story about my life.

[00:42:06]
Genecia Alluora: But you must first have the five believe that I told you about, which is to begin with the end in mind. They can instantly make you an authority as high perceived value. You know it can instantly elevate your status. You can build trust before selling, and it can get you speaking engagements. It's just the way it is. Like your name card, you know, it's just like a name card. So you must believe that. Whatever your mind can think of, you can achieve alone. You are strong. Together, we are unstoppable. I think this is key and that is why they join a platform. And if you are on a platform, definitely, you know you will be seen and you will be heard.
